The body in Schleswig-Holstein which is responsible for the registration of prostitutes, i.e. for the registration procedure and the associated information and consultation discussions, is the Landesamt für soziale Dienste Schleswig-Holstein (LAsD) (State Office for Social Services in Schleswig-Holstein) in Neumünster. The registration certificate will be drawn up only after an appointment has been agreed either by telephone.

Registration is free of charge.

Please bring with you:

• 2 photographs
• Identity card, passport, travel permit in lieu of a passport or identity card replacement
• In the case of foreign nationals who are not entitled to freedom of movement: Proof of eligibility for employment or self-employment

Upon request it is possible to be accompanied by a non-governmental expert advisory office during the registration, consultation or other appointments with the authorities.
